• 词汇数据：您查阅或学习过的单词及相关信息（如熟悉程度、查看次数等） · Vocabulary data: words you have looked up or learned, along with related information (such as familiarity level and view counts)
• AI 对话记录：您与AI助教的对话内容 · AI chat history: your conversations with the AI tutor
• 其他学习内容：您在应用中添加、创建或保存的与学习相关的内容（如导入的文本、笔记等） · Other learning content: language-learning content you add, create, or save in the App (such as imported texts, notes, etc.)

1.3 音频数据 · Audio Data

• 麦克风录音：当您使用语音聊天功能时，本应用需要访问您的麦克风。录音数据用于语音识别（转文字），以便与AI助教进行语音对话。录音数据会被发送至语音识别服务进行处理，不会被我们永久存储于服务器。 · Microphone recordings: when you use voice chat, the App accesses your microphone. Audio is sent to a speech recognition service for transcription and is not permanently stored on our servers.

2. 本地优先架构 · Local-First Architecture

本应用采用本地优先的数据架构。这意味着： The App uses a local-first data architecture. This means:

• 您的大部分学习数据主要存储在您的设备本地数据库中 · Your learning data is stored primarily in your device's local database
• 本地数据使用设备本地的安全存储（如 SQLite 数据库及操作系统提供的安全存储 API）进行保存 · Local data is stored using on-device secure storage (such as a SQLite database and the operating system's secure-storage APIs)
• 部分数据会同步到我们的云端服务器，以支持跨设备同步和数据备份 · Data syncs to our cloud servers for cross-device sync and backup
• 任何不需要第三方服务（如聊天语言模型）的功能，都可以在没有网络连接的情况下使用 · Any feature that does not require third-party services, such as a chat LLM, can be used without an internet connection

随着应用功能的扩展，上述使用方式可能相应调整（例如新增翻译、音频转录等辅助功能）。 The above purposes may evolve as additional features are introduced (for example, translation or audio transcription).

4. 第三方服务 · Third-Party Services

为提供上述功能，我们的服务端会将必要的数据传输给以下第三方服务进行处理。本应用作为接入方调用其已备案的服务，相关数据由其按各自隐私政策处理。 To provide the above features, our backend forwards the necessary data to the following third-party services for processing. The App acts as a downstream integrator of these already-filed services; data is processed by each provider under its own privacy policy.

• 阿里云通义千问大模型 · Aliyun Tongyi Qianwen LLM：AI对话与文本生成；接收对话内容 · AI conversation and text generation; receives conversation content
• 阿里云 DashScope · Aliyun DashScope：语音识别（语音转文字）；接收录音 · Speech recognition (speech-to-text); receives audio
• 阿里云 OSS / CDN · Aliyun OSS / CDN：用户上传内容与静态资源的分发与存储 · Distribution and storage of user-uploaded content and static assets

4.1 第三方SDK与数据接收方清单 · Third-Party SDKs and Data Recipients

通义千问大模型对应的"达摩院交互式多能型合成算法"已通过国家网信办备案，备案号 网信算备330110507206401230035号。本应用不在客户端集成任何收集用户行为数据的第三方SDK，不使用广告或分析追踪工具。 The Tongyi Qianwen LLM (under the algorithm name "DAMO Academy Interactive Multimodal Synthesis Algorithm") is filed with the national CAC under filing number 网信算备330110507206401230035号. The App does not integrate any client-side third-party SDK that collects user behavioural data, nor does it use any advertising or analytics tracking tools.

• 所有网络传输使用HTTPS/TLS加密 · All network transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption

• 我们完全不存储任何密码或财务信息 · We don't store any passwords or financial information at all
• 第三方服务访问使用安全的API密钥管理 · Third-party service access uses secure API key management

This App is intended for adult users aged 18 or older and is not directed at minors. We will not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a minor, please do not use this App; if you are a guardian and discover that a minor is using the App without your consent, please contact us using the information below, and we will promptly delete the relevant account and personal information.

These are necessary for the App to function and are not used for tracking or advertising.
